Total Tennis Store Return and Exchange Policy -

Total Tennis accepts returns for items purchased within 30 days with receipt, returned in their new, original condition and original packaging (brand new, unworn, unlaundered, unembellished). Please try on items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them and remember to keep the tags on the items.

Credit will be issued only as a STORE CREDIT or as EXCHANGE!

Sorry no cash or charge credit back.

We do not accept these returns:

1. Without a receipt.

2. Customized clothing or equipment (racquet stringing)

3. Items without original packaging.

4. Worn or Washed items.

5. Used Shoes or Racquets/Paddles.

6. Items purchased beyond 30 Days.

Defective items may be returned for exchange or store credit ONLY.
